Which dorms should we consider to live in next semester if we have to take classes on opposite ends of campus?”

Definitely mid-campus. Additionally, Morrison is a little closer to those classes while also having convenient bus stops for your roommate.
Mid- campus dorms would be the best option. Its a good location for the both of you and the rooms are pretty nice!
Mid-campus is probably the best compromise. Carmichael, Parker, Teague or Avery would probably be your best bet.
